The historic Newport will be hosting yet another legendary rock band – Candlebox! This band has made its way to Columbus, OH on the Disappearing Acoustic Tour.
Originally from Seattle, Candlebox made it big filling the early 90s airwaves with songs like “You” and “Far Behind” from its 4x platinum, self-titled album Candlebox. Shortly thereafter, the band took a break in 2000. Candlebox reformed in 2006 with some band member switches. Kevin Martin continues as lead singer being the “voice” of the band. Candlebox’s most recent studio album was released in 2016 with Disappearing in Airports, grab a copy here.
Candlebox’s acoustic shows are known for its laid back vibe. The March 17 show, in Columbus, OH, is expected to be super chill with an “all ages welcome” credit. We suggest you find a friend that has never attended a live performance and grab tickets to this show!
